BiosLife E………. The Smart Energy Drink
Our BiosLife E key ingredient is Matcha. Matcha is the highest quality Green Tea. It has been used in Tea ceremonies for centuries. Matcha is made from shade-grown tea leaves. The preparation of matcha starts several weeks before harvest, when the tea bushes are covered to prevent direct sunlight. This slows down growth, turns the leaves a darker shade of green and causes the production of amino acids that make the resulting tea sweeter. Only the finest tea buds are hand picked, (this is called Tencha) and stone ground to the fine, bright green, talc-like powder known as matcha. It can take up to one hour to grind 30 grams of matcha. Note that only ground tencha qualifies as matcha, and other powdered teas are known as konacha (“powder tea”). The flavor of matcha is dominated by its amino acids. The highest grades of matcha have more intense sweetness and deeper flavor than the standard or coarser grades of tea harvested later in the year.
Health Benefits of Matcha
The health benefits of matcha tea exceed those of green tea because when you drink matcha you ingest the whole leaf, not just the brewed water. One glass of matcha is the equivalent of 10 glasses of green tea in terms of its nutritional value and antioxidant content.
Matcha – A Nutritious Beverage
• Rich in Antioxidants and Chlorophyll
• Contains Catechins Only Found in Green Tea
• Naturally Mood Enhancing
• Zero on the Glycemic Index – will not raise insulin levels
• Sugar-free, High in Fiber
Matcha– For Antioxidants
Exponentially Higher in Antioxidants than Blueberries and Spinach
Green teas contain a high amount of antioxidants, chemically compounds known to forestall aging. Antioxidants are found in many fruits and vegetables – even chocolate. A testing method known as ORAC – short for oxygen radical absorbance capacity, evaluates the antioxidant levels found in food. According to research done by Tufts University, the ORAC capacity of matcha green tea is exponentially higher than other foods known for their high antioxidants levels such as blueberries and spinach. Our Matcha has an ORAC value
Matcha – For Renowned Cancer Fighting Catechin EGCg
Renowned Cancer Fighting Catechins are Only Found in Green Tea
Not all antioxidants are created equal. Antioxidants are found in many foods including fruits and vegetables. There are many types of antioxidants, however, the classes known as catechins are found in abundance in green tea, and these maybe the most potent of all. And of the catechins, EGCg (epicgallocatechin gallate) is the catechin with broadest and most potent cancer-fighting properties. Sixty percent of the catechin content of matcha tea is EGCg.
Matcha – For Cleansing the Body of Toxins
Rich in Chlorophyll, Chlorophyll is a Renowned Detoxifying Agent
Chlorophyll, the pigment which gives leaves their green color, helps to remove heavy metals and chemical toxins from the body. Because matcha powdered tea is fully ingested when consumed, unlike tea leaves which are infused then discarded, and because matcha is shade grown, a process which increases the chlorophyll content in the leaves, matcha tea is a chlorophyll rich food.
Matcha – For the Amino Acids—Naturally Mood Enhancing
Matcha contains L-theanine, an amino acid known to relax the mind. For this reason, matcha is also known as a mood enhancer. Buddhist monks drank matcha to assist in meditation, as matcha’s amino acids, combined with caffeine, offer a sustained calm alertness over time. Amino acids are also what gives matcha is distinctive taste. They contribute to what is known as the fifth taste, or umami, characterized by a rich creamy mouth feel. Our Matcha is made from the youngest, tenderest leaves, contains the highest levels of amino acids.
L-theanine
• Reduces mental and physical stress
• Reduces anxiety
• Improves cognition
• Increases dopamine out-put
• Promotes alpha wave production….helps you relax and still be alert
• Enhances mood
• Boosts T-cell response
• Improves immune response up to 5x higher than individuals who do not consume L-theanine
• Stimulates production of GABA and tryptophan within 20 minutes
1. Functions as a neuro-transmitter
2. Calms the body
3. Increases mental alertness
4. Beneficial for people with hypertension
5. Found and needed for healthy brain in every region
Choline
• Grouped with the Vitamin Bs
• 1998 classified as essential for the body
• Benefits neuro-transmission
• Aids in tissue repair
• Aids the immune system
• Essential for structural integrity for cell membranes
• Essential for signaling roles for cell membranes….this is a complex system of communication that governs basic cellular activities and co-ordinates cell action
• Known as a smart nutrient improving cognition and may improve IQ
• May improve memory
• Building block for neuro-transmitters
Catchins
• Contains MAOIs (monamine oxidase inhibitors)
Mood elevator……anti-depressant activity
• Helps reduce body fat and can positively help reduce LDL
NOTE: Double Blind study in Japan showed at 690 mg per day reduced body fat and lowered LDL
• Reduction in atherosclerotic plaques
• According to Norman Hollenberg, professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, epicatechin can reduce the risk of four of the major health problems: stroke, heart failure, cancer and diabetes.
• Helps protect the skin from UV radiation-induced damage and tumor formation.
• Green tea catechins have also been shown to possess antibiotic properties due to their role in disrupting a specific stage of the bacterial DNA replication process.
• Catechins, when combined with habitual exercise, have been shown to delay some forms of aging
• A recent study has shown that daily catechin intake (588mg of catechin for 12 weeks) can reduce weight, especially body fat. With the daily intake of catechin, we can increase fat consumption in the liver. This leads to the decrease in body fat.
• The moment you put catechin into your mouth, it starts to work. Because of its sterilizing effect, it prevents viral infections, like the flu. In addition to that, it fights bacteria in the stomach to protect you from food poisoning. Amazingly, catechin manages to fight deadly bacteria and inhibits the growth of putrefactive bacteria without harming the friendly bacteria. This actually leads to the stimulation of the immune system in the body.
• Reduces stress damage to the cardio-vascular system
Resverastrol
• Anti-aging
• Improves cardiovascular health
• Aids in recovery from exertion
• Lowers LDL
• Good for skin
• Protects body from stress
• Improves immune health
• Improves metabolic rate
• Lowers blood sugar levels
Inulin
• As a prebiotic, Inulin fiber stimulates the growth of friendly and healthy intestinal bacteria which supports good colon health. Since it also has a very low glycemic index, it is suitable for many people who are on restricted diets.
• In spite of being considered a soluble fiber (breaks down in water), inulin resists breakdown in the stomach and the small intestine, and is not digested, which means inulin has virtually no caloric effects.
• Inulin will not raise blood sugar levels and for this reason is completely safe and encouraged for diabetics
• Inulin has also been shown to promote calcium absorption, which can prevent osteoporosis
• Inulin is a great prebiotic and it survives the harsh acids encountered in the stomach and small intestine, making it available for consumption further down the line where probiotics await them.
Blueberries
• Blueberries actually have the highest antioxidant capacity because of their large anthocyanin concentration.
• proved to preserve vision
• Blueberries contain a huge list of phytochemicals – phenolic acid, anthocyanins (the pigment that makes them blue), ellagic acid (which may inhibit tumor growth), alpha-carontene, beta-carotene (precursors to vitamin A), caryophyllene (possible anti-inflammatory), chlorogenic acid, eugenol, limonene, thymol (antiseptic and antifungal properties), catechins, tocopherols and tocotrienols (vitamin E family), to name a few. Talk about your nutrient powerhouses!
Pomegranate
• Rich in anti-oxidants
• Reduces risk factors for cardiovascular disease and coronary artery disease (June 2005)
• Anti-viral properties
• Anti –bacterial properties
• Currently undergoing 17 clinical trials
Vitamin Bs
• B vitamins are part of a large family of related vitamins, some of them have names, and most are numbered. When found in one supplement they are usually called B-complex. B vitamins are important not only for our physical health but contribute to our mental health as well. The vitamins work best as a team. You will notice that we have a healthy dose of Vitamin Bs in both of our Smart Energy drinks
All of the above ingredients are available in both the BiosLife Smart Energy —Red or Green.

Here we have a link to the Globe and Mail feature, “How 60 Canadians confronted cancer one day”
If these people had a chance to turn back the clock, what would they do differently?
If you have a choice this day, what will you do for your heatlh?
If you have a choice this day, what will you do for your future?
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Mark Twain

Researchers concerned by gender-bending fish
By Shannon Montgomery, The Canadian Press
CALGARY – Alberta researchers say gender-bending fish swimming in the province’s southern rivers raise serious questions about whether the water is safe for people to drink.
Two University of Calgary professors have been studying how a small species of minnow reacts to a wide variety of hormone-altering chemicals detected in several rivers.
They found sexual changes both in the wild populations of the fish and under controlled lab experiments with the same chemicals, said co-author Hamid Habibi.
He said while it’s not known whether the levels are high enough to hurt humans, there is a possible risk the chemicals could increase cancer rates or developmental abnormalities.
“We think there’s a health concern,” he said Thursday. “We’d like to be able to predict these things and reduce that kind of risk.”
In some locations, female fish accounted for as much as 90 per cent of the minnow population, far higher than the normal 55 to 60 per cent.
At many of the sites studied, male fish showed elevated levels of a protein normally high only in the blood of females. Other areas have produced male fish with female eggs in their testes.
Habibi and co-author Lee Jackson found a large variety of chemicals that affect hormones in the water. They include synthetic estrogens, such as the birth control pill and bisphenol A — a chemical used in making plastics — as well as agricultural byproducts.
The disturbances in fish populations were greater downstream from cities than upstream and were most notable around several major cattle feedlots.
One area of high concentration was interrupted by a normal region where the river is joined by several tributaries from Waterton National Park.
The researchers managed to replicate many of the changes in a lab environment by combining the chemicals in the same ratio as found in the river.
They also discovered that while a single chemical might affect a fish one way, the combined effect with another chemical might be much greater than expected.
In one case, two chemicals might each have a one-fold effect on a fish, while in combination the effect might be nine times bigger.
“The potency of these chemicals improves significantly if they are present in a mixture. That is new information,” said Habibi.
“Which means some of the data used by Health Canada and EPA (the Environmental Protection Agency in the United States) may need to be revised, because they’re based on individual studies for those chemicals.”
Jackson said most wastewater treatment plants don’t get rid of many of the chemicals.
The researchers have partnered with the City of Calgary to begin work at a new treatment plant investigating how engineering can keep the chemicals from flowing back into the water.
He said it’s too early to tell whether the current levels in water might have anything to do with a rising trend of cancers that are under hormonal control, but he added that a possible link should be studied.
“I think we need to look at this a little more carefully and ask, what is the message the fish are telling us,” he said.
“If the fish are showing bent genders and people are drinking the same water … we need to try to evaluate that risk.”
Part of the research is to be published in the journal Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry.

If I Had My Life To Live Over
by Erma Bombeck
The following was written by the late Erma Bombeck
after she found out she had Cancer.
If I had my life to live over, I would have talked less and listened more.
I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained and the sofa faded.
I would have eaten the popcorn in the ‘good’ living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.
I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.
I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.
I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.
I would have sat on the lawn with my children and not worried about grass stains.
I would have cried and laughed less while watching television – and more while watching life.
I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.
I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren’t there for the day.
I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn’t show soil or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.
Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I’d have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.
When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, “Later. Now go get washed up for dinner.”
There would have been more “I love you’s”.. More “I’m sorrys” …
But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute… look at it and really see it … live it…and never give it back.

Erma Louise (Harris) Bombeck was born in Dayton, Ohio, in 1927. Her father, a crane operator, died of a stroke when Erma was just 9-years old, leaving the family in near-poverty like conditions after their home and furniture were repossessed by the bank.
Erma Bombeck biography: a life of humor
Erma Bombeck had one of the longest running columns in newspaper history. At the same time, she battled breast cancer and a deadly kidney disorder.
At the age of 20, Bombeck was diagnosed with polycistic kidney disease, a hereditary disorder which causes cysts to form on the kidneys. Told that she would one day suffer kidney failure, Erma went on with her life, destined not to be controlled by her disease. Erma enrolled in the University of Dayton during her sophomore year after attending Ohio University for her first year of college. . Longing to be a journalist, Erma was told by professors that she would never succeed in writing. Hoping to prove them wrong, in 1949, Erma took her first job in the field of journalism, as a reporter for the Ohio Journal Herald. That same year, she married Bill Bombeck, a school administrator, she had met and courted in college.
After just five years with the paper, Erma and Bill were ready to start a family, and she left her career behind. The couple had three children during the 1950s: Betsy, Andy, and Matt. During this same time, Erma’s mother, a factory worker, passed away. Neither of her parents lived to experience her phenomenal success.
As her children reached school age, Erma spent months talking to the editor of a local paper, hawking the idea of producing a daily humor column. The editor of the paper was not thrilled with the idea of a homemaker column written from the perspective of a 37-year old unemployed journalist, but agreed anyway. “At Wit’s End,” debuted in the “Kettering-Oakwood Times” in 1964. Erma was paid $3 for each column and found a huge following in housewives around Ohio. As news of the humorous column spread, “At Wit’s End” became a nationally syndicated column in 1965, running twice weekly in some 500 newspapers. In 1971, Erma and Bill packed up the family and moved to Paradise Valley, Arizona.
For the next 30 years, Erma wrote about being a mother, wife, journalist, and woman. She began giving speeches at Universities and writing books, made up largely of her popular column.
In 1991, Erma was diagnosed with breast cancer and checked into the hospital . She underwent a mastectomy shortly thereafter. Two years later, her kidneys began to fail, and Erma began a daily routine of dialysis, which she underwent at home, four times each day. Erma’s doctors informed her she needed a new kidney and she was immediately added to the kidney transplant list.
After three years of waiting and daily treatments, Erma Bombeck received a kidney transplant on April 4, 1996. For the first time in her life, she addressed her disease with her readers, writing about illness, compassion, and suffering. Her readers responded with thousands of letters of their own.
Erma Bombeck died of complications from the kidney transplant April 22, 1996. She was 69 years old. She is survived by her husband of 47 years and three children.
During the course of her career, Bombeck published more than four thousand syndicated columns in 900 papers nationwide, wrote 15 best-selling books, and became on of the world’s most beloved humorist columns.

Women’s Formula Plus
This product is rarely talked about and yet are maybe one of the products we have that is backed by the most in-depth research. I have personally witnessed as has many in my team have also the near miraculous results theis products can facilitate. I believe personally there isn’t a woman that should not be taking this products for the proven prevention aspect alone. When I looked at this products initially, I felt it would be a silent product—-meaning I would not experience any ‘sense’ when taking it. I was proven wrong. After taking a month of this product I had to say that I could ‘Feel’ the difference. I had a sense of a ‘clean’ healthy body with lots of energy and sparkly feeling. (You would have to experience it to understand).
This product is simular to the Men’s Formula Plus. Each have the identical foundation to the product but because they are Gender Specific have synergistic ingredients that are added to make them spectacular.
I have also attached the PDF that shows the research and the stated benefits.
Women’s Formula Plus;
· Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 518 mg, Calcium D-Glucarate 400 mg, Women’s Nutritional Blend 172 mg, Flax Seed, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Red-Clover (flowerhead) (8% isoflavonoids), Soybean (Non-GMO; 40% isoflavones), Lutein, Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and silica.
This product was designed to support the needs for women’s health. This product contains anti-oxidants that work synergistically to accomplish good female organ health. Calcium d-glucarate has been studied extensively at the MD Anderson Cancer Clinic in Houston Texas as well as in Denver Colorado and has approximately 20 papers published on its compounds and mechanisms. It has been shown to aid in the free radicals associated with Colon, Liver, Bladder, Skin, Breast, Prostrate and Lung cancers by attaching to the free radical cell that causes cancer, rendering it water soluble, thereby allowing the body to wash these cells from the body. This formula contains 400 mg of Calcium d-glucarate, however when this substance is present in therapeutic doses which start at 12-1600 mg per day it has been shown to stop the proliferation of specific cancers in the body. This is where I got excited. Just imagine if someone had received a diagnosis and had to wait for specialist and treatment at this critical point and they could slow down or stop the proliferation of the cancer in their bodies with this simple product. If you are recovering from a cancer this is a must have product to aid the body to stay in remission. It is said to be as effective as Tamoxifen without side effects.
This has not been shown to be effective cancers that are associated with the blood, but is a powerful tool for the stated cancers where it has been shown beneficial and calcium d-glucarate should be part of every female’s supplemental program.
One of the astonishing things I have seen with this product is when some women just could not get their hot flashes and night sweats under control, this product actually helped to tip that scale and these uncomfortable side effects of menopause really subsided.

The short answer to this question is—drum roll, please—yes. They really do. While studies are ongoing, and in many cases experts still don’t know exactly how these superfoods work, there’s strong evidence that certain fruits and vegetables rich in plant-based nutrients can both prevent tumors from starting and halt their growth. Here, the top foods to work into the family diet if you’d like to cut cancer risk or help those with cancer recover. And who wouldn’t?
Blueberries, açai berries, raspberries, and cranberries
The rich, dark colors of blueberries, Brazilian açai berries, raspberries and cranberries come from phytochemicals that protect against numerous types of cancer. Most recently, researchers at the University of Florida found that the active ingredient in açai berries destroyed cancer cells when tested in cell cultures. And blueberries and muscadine grapes contain compounds that recent research shows cause cancer cells in the liver to self-destruct. In studies particularly important to women, cranberries have recently been discovered to be an important weapon in the fight against deadly ovarian cancer. Studies reported at the annual meeting of the American Chemical Society found that ovarian cancer cells that were becoming resistant to platinum chemotherapy—the standard of care for ovarian cancer—became six times more sensitive when exposed to a compound in cranberries.
The anti-cancer properties of all these berries are so strong that researchers have developing concentrated supplements and other products such as purees and concentrates.

AstraZeneca Plc’s Zoladex and other prostate cancer treatments used to block the hormones that fuel tumor growth in men with advanced forms of the illness may leave them more prone to heart disease, a new study found.
The results, presented at the European Cancer Organization and European Society for Medical Oncology conference in Berlin, signal that doctors should carefully monitor mens’ hearts as they undergo treatment. It is the largest study to assess the heart risks associated with the tumor therapies.
Researchers tracked 30,642 Swedish males getting a range of hormone therapies for advanced prostate cancer over three years. They found that 10 more heart-related deaths occurred in every 1,000 patients than the average rate for the general population, said Mieke Van Hemelrijck, a cancer epidemiologist at King’s College in London. Hormone therapy is the standard treatment for prostate cancer, which afflicts 670,000 men every year.
“This is very relevant for our daily clinical practice,” said Fortunato Ciardiello, a cancer doctor and a member of the conference’s scientific committee. “It could change our attitude when we prescribe.”
The findings showed that men getting hormone therapy had a 24 percent increased risk of a non-fatal heart attack, a 19 percent higher risk of developing an erratic heart rate, a 31 percent greater chance of having heart disease, and a 26 percent increased risk of heart failure. The risk of death from those conditions was also significantly higher, the study found.
Chris Sampson, a spokesman for London-based AstraZeneca, couldn’t immediately comment.
Greatest Danger
The greatest danger was seen in men who had surgery to remove the testicles or who received gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist therapy, injections that reduce production of testosterone. The drugs include Zoladex and Abbott Laboratories’ Lupron, which is available in a generic form. They block signals from the brain and the adrenal glands that direct the testes to produce testosterone.
“It is important to take heart disease into account before starting a prostate cancer patient on endocrine treatment,” especially as increasing numbers of patients with less severe cancer are being given hormone therapy, Van Hemelrijck said.
Why take the chance- be proactive now.
Prostrate TLC works . If someone has a swollen prostrate, or has had surgery it is not too late!
As men age, they lose their stream, it becomes weak and may become a mere dribble. It is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when, a man will develop this condition. As a man, you can prevent it by using this simple and inexpensive product.
During a man’s lifetime, the prostate undergoes changes that can eventually lead to health challenges. For instance, prostate enlargement is a common condition that can cause urination problems and other discomforts, particularly in men over age 40. Fortunately, medical scientists have demonstrated that the prostate is responsive to nutritional substances, such as certain compounds in tomatoes. Prostate TLC is an innovative supplement that combines many of the best natural substances known to man for promoting prostate health.*
The National Cancer Institute has reported that DHT (dihydro-testosterone), a form of testosterone, plays a role in prostate enlargement and is believed to be involved in the development of other prostate problems. Scientists believe prostate enlargement may be controlled by regulating levels of DHT. *
Unicity’s Prostate TLC contains several remarkable ingredients that support prostate health. Alphastat™ is a patented compound that combines two ingredients (saw palmetto and astaxanthin) currently being studied for their effects on male prostate health, including DHT regulation. Other important ingredients in this formulation include lycopene, stinging nettle root, selenium, and pumpkin seed oil.*
Research Brief
The male prostate is essential in human reproduction. This walnut-sized structure surrounds the neck of the urethra and bladder and is regulated by testosterone and related hormones. The primary purpose of the prostate, which consists of both glandular and muscular tissue, is to release a substance that makes semen into a liquid. Tubes from the testicles carry sperm to the prostate, where the sperm are mixed with prostate and seminal vesicle fluids and then ejaculated through ducts that connect to the urethra.
The prostate is made of up several tissue zones and cell types. The peripheral zone is the area that can be manually examined by a doctor for abnormalities. The transition zone, which normally makes up less than five percent of the prostate’s volume, is where benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)–or prostate enlargement–can occur. The central zone is where the seminal vesicles attach to the prostate. The anterior fibromuscular stroma zone is where the urethral sphincter is anchored, which controls urine flow. Regarding cell types in the prostate, epithelial cells make up the organs’ glandular portion and stromal cells make up the surrounding muscle and connective tissues. The complex interactions between these two types of cells and what role is played by testosterone and other hormones are the subject of continuing scientific research. Unfortunately, the prostate’s proximity to the bladder and urethra causes health problems for men after the organ’s reproductive usefulness has passed. To monitor prostate health, middle-aged men should consult with their health care professionals about monitoring levels of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), a protein made by the prostate’s glandular cells. Elevated levels of PSA can indicate possible health concerns that need to be addressed.

Have you ever kept a secret? Rene Caisse had a big secret, the formula for Essiac. Essiac is at the forefront of herbal formulas, the most important discovery of Western Herbal Medicine.
Rene Caisse of Bracebridge, Ontario learned the formula for Essiac from a Native Ojibwa medicine man and named it by spelling her own name backwards. Rene treated cancer patients with Essiac her whole life until her passing in 1978 at the age of 91.
When you combine Burdock Root, Slippery Elm Inner Bar, Sheep Sorrel, and Indian Rhubarb Root, it is believed that their individual benefits enhance each other, a synergy. Together these elements cleanse blood by purging toxic build up, promote cell repair, and help aid in elimination of waste.
Rene presented her formula to the Medical Community who were so impressed with the benefits, they attempted to have the Canadian Government pass a bill in 1938, in Ontario. This bill failed by only 3 votes. The Legislative Assembly attempted to get the formula from Rene Caisse by passing “An Sct for the Investigation of Remedies for Cancer” This prompted her to close her cancer clinic and later open it under the Minister of Health. This allowed her to treat patients certified by their physicians to be terminally ill.
The Caisse “Essiac” formula remained a secret until she disclosed it 14 months prior to her death. It is now available to us in Native Legend Tea.

Is it not time that we stop relying so heavily on Pharmaceuticals? We are creating our own Hell on Earth with our demands on the Medical system and by continuing with our own bad habits. There are absolute alternatives that most of us do not understand or embrace.
Pharmaceutical companies will bend over backwards to create a drug for a condition. Even though there are natural alternatives clinically proven, in the SAME research facilities to be more effective, billions of dollars are spent to find a drug alternative that is known to cause significant side-effects. Financial gain is sustaining the momentum on this practice, however we are the ones creating the demand for it by not taking proper care! Our Medical facilities cannot keep up with the demands we place on them either!
Medical professionals are not taught an overwhelming amount of nutrition. They understand how treat a condition with pharmaceuticals, and they are, for the most part, bound to follow that training.
The popularity of dietary supplements has created a great deal of research on the interactions of drugs and supplements.
Due to a large rapidly aging population relying on pharmaceutical products, it is found by some of the research, there is a monumental risk that these individuals will suffer nutritional inadequacies, or worse, nutritional deficiencies induced by the use of pharmaceuticals. The impact of waste from these products flushing through our bodies and down the drain, are another contributing factor to global environmental catastrophes and global epidemic health problems.
Another example was the delayed publishing the news of the radioactive spill of Tritium at the Automic Energy Canada, Chalk River nuclear facility in December. It is well known that this facility is in desperate need of upgrade for public safety, however this plant generates 70% of the global supply of isotopes used for Cancer radiation and medical diagnostics. Some are downplaying it as “just a minor amount”, not to worry.
But , consider that a great deal of cancers would not occur if we had proper nutrition. We also need to reduce our exposures to harmful elements. We all know this, but were are running our routines, no time to change gears. It’s somebody else’s problem, somebody else’s fault. Are we really helpless to effect change?
Calcium de Glucarte is a formulation which has given several Cancer patients years of life and a quality of life. Calcium D-Glucarate’s effect is to favor the body’s natural defense mechanism for eliminating carcinogens thus preventing many forms of cancer, including lung, breast, prostate, and colon. It was proven in several studies done at the MD Anderson Cancer Clinic in Houston , Texas. There are no toxic effects from taking D-Glucararate. I have heard of many people gaining several years of quality life using this. How many people have ever heard of this ? Do you wonder why ?
Would there not be less of a demand for the nuclear facility in Chalk River and those isotopes if we were to personally place more focus on managing our health and environment a bit better?
Statins are globally used to assist the Cardiovascular epidemic reduce cholesterol. This is 40 billion industry in North America. The Statins are known reduce CoQ10 in your body- this is extremely important for heart health. As CoQ10 decreases people develop congestive heart failure.
Our bodies are not chemical processing plants. I doubt that evolution is going to have us caught up to that any time soon either! Why are we, marching so steadfastly to that Pharmaceutical pit here in North America? Heart disease is 80% preventable, and yet it is the leading cause of death globally. .
Diuretics used to decrease the volumes of salt and or water in our bodies to reduce blood pressure. They do this very effectively. The trade-off is depletion of the essential minerals magnesium and potassium, and the Vitamin-B , thiamin responsible for neuro-function and carbohydrate metabolism.
Metabolism is important!! We have an epidemic of Obesity epidemic to the point where we are thinking it might just be a good idea to get those fat kids on Statins… ? We have solid science on natural alternatives that absolutely work. Why is that not part of the medical regiment?
Pharmaceuticals provide important benefits to patients with medical problems but consumers should beware of the potential depletion of nutrients associated with their use.
We have absolute solid science on many natural alternatives that address serious conditions. Pharmaceuticals provide important benefits to patients with medical problems. For further information on Bios Life, the only clinically proven natural alternative for Statin Drugs see HEALTH SOLUTIONS, Read about Bios Life, read about the Heart.
I believe that the responsibility is ours to pay attention to our lifestyle alternatives. We are running out of time!
