Pain and Prescriptions- do you Really need Water?
The human body is 75% water, the human brain 85% Outside the use of antibiotics on bacterial infections chemical treatments are pallative and none seem curative.
- Hypertension is not generally cured it is treated during the lifetime of a person.
- Peptic Ulcer is not cured, one must have antacids nearby at all times
- Allergies are not cured, the person is depending on medications.
- Arthritis is not cured, it eventually cripples.
Once you feel thirst, you are already dehydrated. Peptic ulcers often respond to water alone. Extensive research has proven that the body has sophisticated thirst signals during regulation of it in times of dehydration. There are three basic stages to water regulation of the bod in the different phases of life. 1. The stage of life of a fetus in the uterus of the mother2.
The phase of growth until full height an width is achieved ( approx 18-25)3. From fully grown until death.
The first indicator of dehydration of a fetus is reflected as morning sickness in the fetus and the mother. A gradually declining thirst sensation occurs with age. With increase in age, if a person who does not drink sufficiently, the cells content of water decreases drastically. A decrease in water consumption affects cell efficiency. Because of this, chronic dehydration shows up as symptoms of disease.
Adding medications, is not the answer. Water is not only a solvent and means of transport. Water drives all of the chemical reactions which create life. The osmotic flow of water through membranes help neurotransmission in the body. Water also acts as an adhesive sticking solid structures in the cell membranes together.
What are Some of the Life Sustaining Properties of Water?
- Protein and enzymes are more efficient in less viscous solutions.
- As the body becomes more and more dehydrated in the interior of cells, the body is less accurate at recognizing thirst. This is a process of aging.
- Water, the solvent of the body, regulates all functions, including the activity of the solutes it dissolves and circulates. When the body becomes dehydrated, the body begins a drought management priority system. Histamine
-directed neurotransmitters become active that promote thirst signals. When chronic conditions such as allergies, asthma and chronic pain occur, one should be aware that the body is under an emergency water
-shortage crisis. Pain is an indicator that there are chemical changes around the nerves moitoring acid/alkali balance.
The warning mechanisms designed to protect the cells from excess acid buildup which could “burn” the cell membrane and inner cell structures. The pain sensation will accelerate if the cry for water is not heard. The body is trying to prevent additional production of toxic waste.

Arthritis and You
Arthritis is one of the most common medical problems and a major cause of disability in America. The word arthritis is a blend of the Greek words arthron, for joint, and itis, for inflammation. In other words, arthritis literally means, “joint inflammation.” Although arthritis is often referred to as one disease, it’s not. Arthritis has more than 100 forms.
Arthritis in America
- 66 million people have arthritis (nearly 1 in 3 adults)
- One of the most prevalent chronic health problems and the nations leading cause of disability among Americans over age 15.
- Second only to heart disease as a cause of work disability.
- Limits everyday activities such as walking, dressing and bathing for more than 7 million Americans.
- Results in 39 million physician visits and more than a half million hospitalizations.
- Costs to the U.S. economy total more than $86.2 billion annually.
- Affects people in all age groups including nearly 300,000 children.
- Baby boomers are now at prime risk. More than half those affected are under age 65.
- Half of those Americans with arthritis dont think anything can be done to help them.
- Refers to more than 100 different diseases that affect areas in or around joints.
- Strikes women more often than men.
Arthritis is one of the most common conditions causing joint pain and disability. Nearly 1 in 3 Americans have arthritis or a related condition. Osteoarthritis is the most common form of joint disease. It’s often called wear-and-tear arthritis because it involves the wearing away of the cartilage that caps the bones in your joints. Over time, if the cartilage wears down completely, you lose shock absorption capabilities and may be left with bone rubbing on bone. This may eventually damage the ends of your bones. Osteoarthritis can affect almost any joint in your body.
Rheumatoid arthritis isn’t associated with the overuse or injury of a joint. In rheumatoid arthritis, the synovial membrane that protects and lubricates joints becomes inflamed, causing pain and swelling. Rheumatoid arthritis can be more disabling than osteoarthritis, and it sometimes results in deformed joints. It can affect any joint, but wrists, knuckles and small joints of the feet are among the most common sites.

To Avoid Joint Pain You Should Protect and Maintain Your Joints
Practice these tips in order to avoid joint strain and injury
As we age, our bodies undergo wear and tear, and your joints are not an exception. Injury and disease can take its toll on your joints. Practicing good joint protection is important for everyone, but especially for those suffering from Arthritis.
Trauma, such as a bone fracture or injury to the ligaments, muscles, tendons around the joint or the cartilage within the joint, can lead to joint pain. Ligament sprains, if significant, can impair the stability of the joint and make it susceptible to further damage. Tears of the cartilage in the knee can cause a block to the range of motion of the knee, also called locking of the knee. And fractures or ligament injuries to joints can contribute to joint destruction and osteoarthritis years later. Knees are the joints most likely to be affected by trauma and injury.
Protecting your joints is one of the most effective ways to avoid or relieve pain and prevent further joint damage. And there are many ways to do it, from practicing joint protection techniques to using assistive devices.
To avoid unnecessary joint strain and subsequent pain, follow these steps:
- Each day move each joint through its full pain-free range of motion. This will maintain freedom of motion in your joints. Keep movements slow and gentle, because sudden jerking or bouncing can hurt your joints.
- Become educated on the difference between the pain associated with joint over use and arthritic discomfort. Be aware of the activity that caused your joint to become stressed and avoid repeating that movement. Think of ways that you can modify the action. Keep in mind that joints are more likely to become damaged when they are painful and swollen.
- Your fingers are used in almost all your day-to-day activities and stressful positions and techniques may increase the risk of developing deformities. You can perform most tasks in easier ways that put less deforming forces on your joints.
- How you carry your body really affects how much strain you put on your joints. Proper body mechanics allow you to use your body more efficiently and conserve energy.
- Dont give your joints a chance to become stiff- avoid keeping your joints in the same position for a prolonged period of time.
- Rest and activity throughout the day should be balanced. Manage your workload throughout the day, so you can avoid overworking your joints. Work at a steady, moderate pace and avoid rushing. Rest before you become fatigued or sore. Alternate light and moderate activities throughout the day. And take periodic stretch breaks.

Is it not time that we stop relying so heavily on Pharmaceuticals? We are creating our own Hell on Earth with our demands on the Medical system and by continuing with our own bad habits. There are absolute alternatives that most of us do not understand or embrace.
Pharmaceutical companies will bend over backwards to create a drug for a condition. Even though there are natural alternatives clinically proven, in the SAME research facilities to be more effective, billions of dollars are spent to find a drug alternative that is known to cause significant side-effects. Financial gain is sustaining the momentum on this practice, however we are the ones creating the demand for it by not taking proper care! Our Medical facilities cannot keep up with the demands we place on them either!
Medical professionals are not taught an overwhelming amount of nutrition. They understand how treat a condition with pharmaceuticals, and they are, for the most part, bound to follow that training.
The popularity of dietary supplements has created a great deal of research on the interactions of drugs and supplements.
Due to a large rapidly aging population relying on pharmaceutical products, it is found by some of the research, there is a monumental risk that these individuals will suffer nutritional inadequacies, or worse, nutritional deficiencies induced by the use of pharmaceuticals. The impact of waste from these products flushing through our bodies and down the drain, are another contributing factor to global environmental catastrophes and global epidemic health problems.
Another example was the delayed publishing the news of the radioactive spill of Tritium at the Automic Energy Canada, Chalk River nuclear facility in December. It is well known that this facility is in desperate need of upgrade for public safety, however this plant generates 70% of the global supply of isotopes used for Cancer radiation and medical diagnostics. Some are downplaying it as “just a minor amount”, not to worry.
But , consider that a great deal of cancers would not occur if we had proper nutrition. We also need to reduce our exposures to harmful elements. We all know this, but were are running our routines, no time to change gears. It’s somebody else’s problem, somebody else’s fault. Are we really helpless to effect change?
Calcium de Glucarte is a formulation which has given several Cancer patients years of life and a quality of life. Calcium D-Glucarate’s effect is to favor the body’s natural defense mechanism for eliminating carcinogens thus preventing many forms of cancer, including lung, breast, prostate, and colon. It was proven in several studies done at the MD Anderson Cancer Clinic in Houston , Texas. There are no toxic effects from taking D-Glucararate. I have heard of many people gaining several years of quality life using this. How many people have ever heard of this ? Do you wonder why ?
Would there not be less of a demand for the nuclear facility in Chalk River and those isotopes if we were to personally place more focus on managing our health and environment a bit better?
Statins are globally used to assist the Cardiovascular epidemic reduce cholesterol. This is 40 billion industry in North America. The Statins are known reduce CoQ10 in your body- this is extremely important for heart health. As CoQ10 decreases people develop congestive heart failure.
Our bodies are not chemical processing plants. I doubt that evolution is going to have us caught up to that any time soon either! Why are we, marching so steadfastly to that Pharmaceutical pit here in North America? Heart disease is 80% preventable, and yet it is the leading cause of death globally. .
Diuretics used to decrease the volumes of salt and or water in our bodies to reduce blood pressure. They do this very effectively. The trade-off is depletion of the essential minerals magnesium and potassium, and the Vitamin-B , thiamin responsible for neuro-function and carbohydrate metabolism.
Metabolism is important!! We have an epidemic of Obesity epidemic to the point where we are thinking it might just be a good idea to get those fat kids on Statins… ? We have solid science on natural alternatives that absolutely work. Why is that not part of the medical regiment?
Pharmaceuticals provide important benefits to patients with medical problems but consumers should beware of the potential depletion of nutrients associated with their use.
We have absolute solid science on many natural alternatives that address serious conditions. Pharmaceuticals provide important benefits to patients with medical problems. For further information on Bios Life, the only clinically proven natural alternative for Statin Drugs see HEALTH SOLUTIONS, Read about Bios Life, read about the Heart.
I believe that the responsibility is ours to pay attention to our lifestyle alternatives. We are running out of time!

Melatonin, which is non-addictive, gives her “a great night’s sleep” and leaves you feeling terrific when you wake up. Melatonin’s has a proven ability to counter insomnia and jet lag, but also an array of experts are touting it as a wonder drug that can extend life and help to combat a wide variety of illnesses, including AIDS, cancer and epilepsy. AND it’s very, very inexpensive!
Melatonin is hormone naturally prouduced by the body by the pineal gland, an organ about the size of a kernel of corn that is formed three weeks after conception and located at the center of the brain. It also can be produced by marrow cells and epithelial cells . These form your epihelium tissue which is a type of tissue that lines cavities and surfaces throughout the body.
When the sun goes down at the end of each day, the gland boosts the body’s melatonin levels, inducing a feeling of sleepiness – an effect which an increasing number of insomniacs are seeking to enhance by taking melatonin supplements. That same property, which researchers have demonstrated in several studies using human subjects, also makes melatonin a popular pill among airline workers and frequent flyers who experience jet lag. Ingesting melatonin at bedtime at a traveller’s destination can help to reset the body’s internal clock, the “carcadian cycle”. Athsmatics and people who suffer with Tinnitus also find an improvement in sleep and its benefits. It is also important to note, that with or without Melatonin, you will rest better if your bedroom is free of electronics and the room is dark. As it turns out, Melatonin production in the brain is inhibited by light, even at low levels. The presence of light will reduce your production by 50%. Melatonin is released into the blood stream and levels peak in the middle of the night.
Russell Reiter, a Texas neuroendocrinologist and author of Melatonin: Your Body’s Natural Wonder Drug, says that the hormone’s most important role is neutralizing free radicals – unstable molecules that oxidize healthy ones by pirating electrons from them. Scientists say that oxidizing molecules play a major role in diseases such as AIDS, rheumatoid arthritis and cancer. Free radicals also contribute to aging by undermining collagen proteins that support the skin, causing wrinkles and sagging jowls. While vitamins C and E are well-known fighters of oxidizing free radicals, Reiter says that melatonin is a much more powerful antioxidant. In 1993, Reiter co-authored a study on rats showing that melatonin shielded the animals’ cells from safrole, a toxic substance that causes cancer by generating large amounts of free radicals. “I was awestruck by the potency of melatonin,” Reiter says.
It may help reduce the amount of seizures with epileptics.
George Bubenik, a physician and associate professor of biological sciences at Ontario’s University of Guelph, has studied melatonin for more than 20 years. In a landmark 1977 study, Bubenik induced epileptic seizures in cats – and stopped them within 10 minutes by injecting the animals with melatonin.
Your immune system is stimulated by melatonin.
Studies in the Mayo Clinic show a positive effect on ADHD children.
Melatonin may reduce intra-ocular pressure for glaucoma patients and delay macular degeneration.
Melatonin helps to lower blood pressure, prevents damage from ischemia of the brain and the heart. It plays an important role in preventing some arrhythmia. Those who suffer from Depression and Bi-polar disorder benefit from Melatonin.
Chronic headache sufferers, migraines, cluster headaches and tension headaches will discover Melatonin to be a benefit to their conditions.
Low levels of Melatonin production has been proposed as a factor in higher levels of cancer for night workers ad modern day lighting practices has bee suggested as a factor in higher levels of cancer incidence in the entire developed world.
Melatonin is also proving to be an important and ‘special’ antioxidant. It is referred to a s a ‘terminal’ or ‘suicide’ antioxidant because it forms a stable end product upon reacting with a free radical.
Melatonin is believed to protect the DNA and prevent damage from some carcinogens therefore halting some of the mechanisms in the body that cause cancer.
Low levels of Melatonin have been linked to breast cancer; adding Melatonin has been shown to inhibit growth of these cancer cells; has been shown when combined with tamoxifen caused tumors to modestly shrink in 28% of the women.
In prostrate cancer, Melatonin has been shown to block growth of cancer cells and improved survival rates in 9 out of 14 men when used as an adjunct therapy.
Melatonin may help improve platelet count due to cancer therapies.
It show promise in reducing damage to the brain caused by the onset of Parkinson’s.
Lab research shows that Melatonin increases longevity by 20%.
It may help couter-act acquired immunodeficiency.
Melatonin may help fight viral and bacterial infectious diseases.
Melatonin stimulates cells called osteoblasts an promotes bone growth thereby aiding in the prevention of osteoporosis.
Melatonin has been shown to relieve depression and anxiety for post menopausal women. It causes a sure in your serotonin levels. Low Serotonin levels are believed to be the reason for many cases of mild to moderate depression which can lead to symptoms like anxiety, apathy, and fear, feelings of worthlessness, insomnia and fatigue.
Melatonin benefits Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Low levels of Melatonin have been found in ASD—autistic children and their non affected parents.
Melatonin receptors appear to be important in the mechanism of memory and learning.
Melatonin is useful for Alzheimer’s – it prevents neuronal death in the brain caused by toxic proteins in the brain in Alzheimer’s patients—-it also has been shown to help lessen and prevent ‘sundowning’ in Alzheimer’s patients which is heightened afternoon agitation.
Because Melatonin controls the timing and release of reproductive hormones in peri-menopausal women it helps prevent depression, migraines and cluster headaches and improves Thyroid function
Melatonin is involved in regulation of body weight especially when combined with calcium.
Improves sarcodosis, the development of fibrous tissue in lungs and other tissues in the body. The amounts needed was 20 mg per day for 4-12 months.
Melatonin has proven to be effective even in small doses. In research Melatonin was to shown to be as effective over time in small doses as the larger doses.
Remember keep your rooms dark and remove electrical appliances, move your electric alarm clock at least 6 feet from your bed and NO nightlights. Nightlights even for children impair their valuable Melatonin production through the night.

What is the secret to youthfulness and vitality?
We have within us all the Human Growth Hormone that is generated by our Livers. Our Hypothalimus works to trigger the pituitary to produce it. The amount of HGH in our systems increases from birth to a high point at age 21 where the level is at 10mg/dl, This level then decreases as we get older in years so that by the time we are 50 you will have a level of 2mg/dl. There are 28,000 studies done on this. Enjuvenate contains the amino acids your body requires to make Glutathione.
What happens to you as you age?
At the age of 21, your Human Growth Hormone or HGH is at it’s peak. Your bone plates harden off and growth stops. As the levels of HGH decline over the years, your organs begin to shrink. If you eat a hig fat diet you will produce less and less HGH. Stress will also cause the HGH levels to decline.
It has been proven that people with Diabetes have a lower level of HGH.
What will Enjuvenate do for you?
In July, 1990 , Dr Rudman published a double blinded placebo study that shows Enjuvenate reduces the aging process by 10-20 years.
The study also showed increases in immune function , increases in Glutathione, labido, longevity.
Enjuvenate raises the HGH levels in your body which can facilitate fat loss by 70% in three months. It creates more lean body tissue ( Now what do you think could be the result if you combine this with Slim ? ? ? ? )

HOW BADLY DO YOU WANT TO WIN?
Will you throw in the towel at the first setback? Or will you dig in and do what is required to determine a successful result? Are you waiting for the “magic bullet”?
Check out Simon Whitfield who has just aquired a Silver Medal for the Triathalon at the Beijing Olympic Games.
Watch what happened and decide how he won. Did he believe the odds and back off? NO. This guy used his head. He pulled it out of his hat by hanging in there and adjusting his strategy to fit the circumstance. Did he stop part way because he was tired and decided that the finish line should come sooner? NO again. He kept assessing and adjusting and changed the outcome EXPECTED by those who know what they are talking about. The difference was, they did not realize his game plan was evolving to a successful conclusion.
This is what we need to do with our bodies. Just because Ankylosing Spondilytis is “supposed” to put you in a wheelchair does not necessarily mean you have to comply with that. Your body will respond if you listen to it, give it what it needs understanding that this will not happen overnight! Care enough about your future to take the time to learn what it takes to win and apply the strategies you learn as you go.
Just because you have not been successful with the battle of the bulge in the past does not mean that you will not succeed this time. The important thing is , not to throw in the towel at the first set-back. YES, there are those lucky ones that succeed immediately, and YES you feel cheated that things are not going the way you expect and demand. Listen to your body. It is speaking to you. Your body is a magnificent thing.
You are running against the clock. Take the time to find out WHY you are having the results you are experiencing and make adjustments accordingly. Determine that you WILL NOT lose this race.
